Hair Products
Hair products which have alcohol in them should not be used, as they can cause your hair to get dry over time. Also, keep avoid putting hair products on your scalp. They can irritate your scalp. If you have these issues it can make your hair look bad.
It’s just as important to to use sun protection on your hair as it is to use it on your skin. Don a scarf or hat whenever you spend time outside, or apply a styling product that contains a heat protectant. This will also protect your scalp from burning, especially if you part your hair. Stay away from the chlorine that is in swimming pools. Chlorine is damaging to your hair. Wear a hair cap when you are swimming, or get your hair wet before you dive into the pool. Your hair will then soak clear water as opposed to soaking chlorinated water. A lot of pools have a shower where the lockers are. Use them for this reason.
